• The new grant year always begins on February 1, and it goes through the end of December. You can submit your application for a grant anytime during those months. January is the only month you will want to skip apply, because a new cycle will begin the following month.
• Applications only remain active for 90 days. This means that after you have submitted your grant application if you haven’t heard anything then it is no longer active. You can re-apply every 90 days so that you continue to have an active application on file. Once you receive a grant you will no longer have to put in another application, unless you are seeking a second grant.
• During one calendar year, you can only apply for 25 grants. You do have the ability to receive more than one grant per year.
