The good news is that having a felony conviction on your record does not mean you will not get hired at Amazon. The company does hire people who have been convicted of a felony. Due to the nature of work that Amazon does, most of their jobs availability is going to be in the warehouse, delivery, or software.   • Amazon Customer Service – They need many people to work in customer service positions to respond and interact with customers. These jobs are often done remotely.
  • Amazon Stores – There are some Amazon stores in the country and they hire people to work in them. If you have retail experience this may be a good fit for you.
  • Software Development – If you know how to do programming or are a technical person, you may be able to get a job in their software development department.

Being Optimistic
