Additionally, they do offer weatherization services, which will help to reduce your monthly utility bills. Medicare – Senior felons who need help paying for medical care will be able to get Medicare. This is a federally funded program that is open to all seniors in the country who are legal citizens. The program basically provides you with insurance that will pay for all or part of your medical bills, including visiting the doctor, emergency care, prescription drugs, and more. General Assistance – This program will help senior felons by providing them with a monthly cash grant or a one-time grant, depending on their circumstances. The program is federally funded.
